I re-joined Dart for a fixed-term maternity cover, supporting the marketing department in one of the Cayman Islands’ largest and most diverse private companies. The role required leadership and support with content planning and execution, mentorship and brand management, while covering a multi-brand portfolio spanning real estate, hospitality, community initiatives and lifestyle ventures.

Responsibilities included writing long and short form copy for digital and print, video creation, overseeing campaign development, refining brand messaging, managing content workflows and supporting cross-functional collaboration between teams, internal departments and external agencies. With a focus on consistency and quality, this role helped to ensure that Dart’s diverse brand communications remained aligned, strategic and engaging across digital platforms during a critical period of transition.
